Editia din 2015 a Premiilor Globurilor de Aur s-a incheiat, iar marii castigatori se bucura de trofeele primite. Tina Fey si Amy Poehler au fost gazdele evenimentului pentru a treia oara, si ultima, asa cum sustin ele.

Marel castigator in categoria Cel mai bun film de drama a fost productia Boyhood, un film unic in istoria cinematografiei, filmat timp de 12 ani. Regizorul Richard Linklater a ridicat trofeul, impreuna cu producatorul, caruia i-a multumit ca "a avut curajul si rabdarea sa ne finanteze timp de 12 ani".

Michael Keaton a fost recompensat pentru cel mai bun actor intr-un film de comedie, pentru rolul magistral din "Birdman". "Nici nu va imaginati cat de mult inseamna acest trofeu pentru mine". La 63 de ani, acesta este primul sau trofeu din cariera, iar Keaton a spus ca este o reusita uriasa pentru el. Insa, actorul a oferit si unul dintre cele mai frumoase momente, atunci cand i-a multumit fiului sau, pe care l-a numit cel mai bun prieten al sau, "un om bun, curajos si bland". Keaton a fost vizibil emotioant si si-a stapanit cu greu lacrimile. 

Eddie Redmayne a fost recompensat pentru cel mai bun actor intr-un rol de drama pentru interpretarea cu totul deosebita din The Theory of Everything, in care il joaca pe  Stephen Hawking. Julianne Moore a triumfat si ea la categoria cea mai buna actrita intr-un rol de drama, cu "Still Alice", in care joaca rolul unei femei de 50 de ani, care afla, brusc, ca sufera de o forma neobisnuita de Alzheimer.

George Clooney a fost recompesant cu trofeul pentru intreaga cariera Cecille B. DeMille.
